This website is for the SD Blogosphere's use in sharing photography, as well as publicizing our photographic skill (or lack thereof)
By posting each person doing so (the poster) is granting permission and license for their photos to be used electronically by the other people contributing to the website.
Any person who uses a photo (the user) must give photo credit back to the poster, including a link back to the website of the owner of the photograph.
Permission to use the photo electronically on a blogsite is NOT license to use the photo in a printed or published format without explicit permission. If someone is going to make a buck off of a user's photo, at least throw them a bone.
Most importantly - if you do not own clear license to the photograph, DO NOT POST IT. It will be removed. That includes any commercial works appearing in magazines, newspapers, etcetera.
